Welcome to another fun episode of Chamber Chatter, presented by the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce! In this episode, it’s me, myself, and I flying solo, as it seems like Knoxville is still in their RAGBRAI and Nationals hangover.
I start this episode by discussing the recent passing of Charles “Chuck” Galeazzi, who was an instrumental figure in Knoxville and looked out for and helped the poor and underprivileged more than anyone I have ever met in the city.
We then get right into a letter to the Knoxville community, written by Mayor Brian Hatch, thanking everyone who made the events this past summer possible. Following the Mayor’s letter, we touch on city news before going through all the upcoming events in August.
